Need assistance with your product's warranty? Skylive provides an exclusive link for customers to check their warranty status. Enter your product's serial number (SR no), such as SL202XXXXXXXX, found on the side, rear, or the box of your product.
What the Skylive Warranty Covers:
The warranty covers all elements except for physical damage and non-manufacturing defects to panels or components. This includes boards, panels, and associated visiting and repair fees.
No Hidden Costs:
There are no additional charges, except for physical damage and non-manufacturing defects.
User Instructions:
If your product malfunctions, do not attempt repairs yourself; there are no user-serviceable components inside. Take your product to a service center or call us at 011-41100655 to request a technician.
Use a gentle cloth to clean the product surfaces; avoid alcohol or solvents. Do not spray liquid insecticides or air fresheners near the product, as these chemicals can damage exposed surfaces.
For cleaning panels, use a soft cloth and disconnect the power cord before cleaning.
Avoid using the product outdoors (in direct sunlight), on the beach, inside a vehicle, in unstable areas, near water, precipitation, or smoke. Also, keep it away from hot, humid, dusty areas, and flammable objects like candles.
Prevent sudden temperature changes by avoiding moving the product from cold to warm areas, which may cause condensation. Wait until all moisture evaporates before plugging in the power cord.
Do not throw objects at the product, as it may cause damage. If the surface is cracked, avoid contact unless the power cord is unplugged to prevent electric shock.
When not in use for an extended period, disconnect the product from AC power (mains) for safety reasons. Periodically, have a technician vacuum the ventilation openings to maintain proper ventilation.

Warranty covers all speaker components. Skylive is not responsible for damages caused by excessive volume or improper connections.
Smart Watches:
Warranty covers the device's functionality. Skylive is not responsible for damages caused by third-party apps or unauthorized modifications.
Note:
Warranty may not apply if the initial serial number on the product is removed, obliterated, or altered.
Defects caused by forces beyond the seller's control, such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or damage during transit to the service center or the buyer's home, are not covered.
