The following guidelines pertain to Skylive manufactured products:
Cancellation Policy:
Once the purchase is made and the product is delivered, orders cannot be canceled.
Returns Policy:
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products. Returned items must be in good condition, unopened, and in the original packaging, including all accessories/freebies provided.
Process for Damaged or Defective Products:
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to our Customer Care Center at 011-41100655 or email customercare@Skylive.in.
Skylive will arrange for engineers to visit within 48 hours to assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution.
If a replacement is needed, the item must be shipped back to us within five days of delivery. Skylive covers the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the return package, an additional replacement device will be shipped promptly.
Unauthorized Handling:
Skylive will not be held responsible for any faults or damages if the product has been opened or installed by an unauthorized person.
Warranty Support:
For issues during the warranty period, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
