We use either a registered domestic courier service or fast post to deliver domestic orders. In contrast, all foreign shipments must be sent using either a registered international courier service or foreign rapid post.
Within 48 business hours, depending on the delivery date agreed upon at order confirmation, Skylive will begin processing your order. Timeliness of delivery is contingent upon the policies of the courier service or postal service used.
If a delivery is delayed by a courier or the post office, Skylive is not responsible. We promise, however, that the shipment will be delivered no later than two business days after the date of the order.
Unless otherwise stated when placing an order, all packages will be sent to the billing address associated with the purchaser's credit or debit card.
If the product has been opened or installed by someone who is not authorised to do so, Skylive is not responsible for any resulting damage or defects.
